The complete package: With a team of highly qualified and experienced designers, engineers and project managers, working with modern software including SolidWorks™ 3D modelling, COSMOS™ FEA and Microsoft™ Office Project, Technical Resin Bonders provide robust solutions to the most challenging engineering problems.

Test and development: From the initial design, materials and processes are researched, developed, tested, validated and qualified prior to being specified. Mock-ups and prototypes can be produced to check concepts and for ergonomic applications.

High standards: Whether it is ceiling panels, detraining ramps, toilet module panels,
manufactured using high strength lightweight materials and modern processing methods, all products meet the wide range of operating and environmental conditions as well as complying fully with the latest Railway Group Standards and the requirements of BS 6853. The final product is subjected to all the necessary prerequisite tests and inspections and throughout the entire process the application of BS EN ISO9001:2000 is strictly enforced.
