01/09/2011 | Channel: New Products & Services

Formerly heavily involved in the Link-up supplier qualification scheme for four-and-a-half years until May this year, Andy Harrison has now set up a new business providing advice and consultancy to the UK rail sector.

(Daventry Business and Consultancy Services Limited DBandCSL.com aims to provide support and advice in relation to assurance, procurement and qualification systems and to assist organisations in establishing a presence in the UK rail market. Harrison says, “I see this new venture as enabling me to bring together the skills and expertise that I have acquired throughout my career and to use these to offer a wide-ranging service. During the last few months I have been working with the Rail Alliance and with Rail Champions to raise the profile of the new business but also as a means to bring out some of the challenges facing those organisations seeking to enter the rail market.”
